We knew one thing, however, that we wanted to stay in the Bay Area, particularly in San Jose but unfortunately didn’t have a limitless budget. Some years we were committed to the idea of finding something and scrambled to send every house on the market that was even a remote possibility over to Nancy and other days we had cold feet and put a complete stop to all search efforts.
